Position Overview:

An exciting new opportunity has opened up for a regional role based out of our Valls Site.

As Electronics Europe & Africa Spare Parts Manager, you will be in charge of leading the Electronics Europe & Africa spare parts business in achieving best in class financial targets. Strive for excellence. Lead by example. Communicate efficiently/effectively key business issues and teamwork with business leaders for sound and timely decision making that will add sustainable shareholder value. Strengthen long lasting talent for Lear.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver on business returns.
  2. Revenue growth.
  3. Drive OI improvement.
  4. Inventory targets for spare parts.
  5. OEM delivery targets.
  6. Provide accurate and timely analysis to facilitate commercial and operational decision making.
  7. Create and release standard Dashboard.
  8. Drive process improvements.
  9. Optimize layouts.
  10. Create and improve cost accounting routines to ensure accurate spare part cost accounting.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Cross function team coordination skills.
  2. Project management knowhow.
  3. Logistics and Manufacturing know how.
  4. First experience in a similar position covering logistics, engineering, and project management.
  5. Experience in Automotive Tier 1.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English both written & spoken.
