Formación

• 2+ years in Manufacturing Engineering Methods and Tools.
• Experience in production environment for electronics boards.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

One position of Electronic manufacturing production engineer and process development is now open in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) for different Space business: Launchers, Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). This is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Technical Team focused on:

Specific tasks of the role:

• Procedures and process optimization and verification.
• Support industrial means start-up and implementation.
• Support and troubleshooting on the shop floor.
• Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and processes and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost, and Time.
• Member of multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, KCs.
• Optimize and balance workflow using Standard Times Methods and simulations.
• Optimize layout, material chain, and management in the shopfloor.
• Support and deploy manufacturing needs/feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen, PPS, defining industrial means requirements.
• Organize the workload on the shopfloor, develop time, cost, and quality KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Higher Education (Bachelor's or Master's) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering Methods, Tools, and Processes of Electronic Boards.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment (experience in producing electronics boards/units is appreciated).

Soft Skills:

• Disciplined and methodical with negotiation skills across diverse teams.
• Trainer and pedagogic skills.
• Proactivity, organization, autonomy, and adaptability.
• Knowledge of ERP and SPC processes.
• Proficiency in planning tools like Excel and MSProject.
• Knowledge of standard line balancing methods and simulations.
• Experience with SAP is highly valued.
