Formación

Our partner Entec Solar, specialized in monitoring and testing equipment, is looking for an electronic engineer with more than five years of experience. This role is crucial to the growth and success of our company, requiring solid knowledge of electronics, a thorough understanding of all products and services, and the ability to treat customers with a focus on their satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company in the dynamic solar energy sector, working with a committed and passionate team.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate in hardware and software design and development of new products.
  • Develop enhancements for existing products on both hardware and software sides.
  • Manage and supervise the technical service of the company’s products, including incident reception, customer service, and equipment repair.
  • Manage and supervise new equipment assembly, calibration, and testing prior to shipment to customers.
  • Manage material purchases, evaluate suppliers, and assess material characteristics.

Competencies for Success : Technical Skills :

  • Understanding of electronic circuits, including design and use of design software.
  • Soldering, cable assembly, and electrical assemblies skills.

Interpersonal Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and providing solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to change, with a positive reaction to new situations and viewpoints.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in electronic engineering, telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree in solar energy or similar is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Advantages Offered :

  • Flexible working hours : Monday to Thursday, 8.5 hours daily, and Friday, 6 hours. Start times from 7 : 00 a.m. to 10 : 30 a.m. are possible.

  • Option to receive part of salary via flexible compensation (meal vouchers, transportation, childcare), tax-free.
  • Remote work : one day per week and a full week annually, depending on the role.

The selected candidate will join the team at our office located at Street Caleruega 102, Madrid, sharing space with Qualifying PhotoVoltaics, S.L., a spin-off with 30 employees known for a great working environment and photovoltaics expertise.
