What is it like to be an Electronics Engineer at DHV Technology?

Role Overview

As an Electronics Engineer at DHV Technology, you will be part of our Electronics Department, playing a key role in the design, manufacturing, and integration of custom components for our power subsystem portfolio. These products are used in satellites developed by our international customers. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to commercial space missions and to work on technologically advanced, real-world applications in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all stages of product development, from requirements analysis to final validation.
• Gathering and analyzing customer and product specifications and requirements.
• Designing electronic schematics using Altium Designer.
• Designing and routing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Developing and implementing power converters.
• Prototyping hardware and performing functional testing.
• Defining and executing test procedures for component evaluation.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Technical Competencies

Experience in several of the following areas is desired:

• Software development for microcontrollers or microprocessors.
• FPGA development (VHDL or Verilog).
• Debugging digital communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet, CAN Bus).
• Circuit simulation using SPICE tools.
• Basic knowledge of EMI / EMC considerations.
• Understanding of RF concepts.
• Experience in motor control systems.

Valued Experience

Familiarity with tools and programming languages such as:

• Altium Designer
• Programming in C, C++, and Python
