Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Diagnose, repair, and adjust mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (preventive and predictive).
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, VIPA) using STEP-7 or TIA Portal.

We are seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team, responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on production equipment and facilities.

Essential Tasks

  1. Diagnose, repair, and adjust mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns.
  2. Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (preventive and predictive).
  3. Interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
  4. Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, VIPA) using STEP-7 or TIA Portal.
  5. Perform electrical panel repairs, adjust frequency inverters, sensors, and automation systems.
  6. Support machinery start-up and technical improvements.
  7. Conduct basic mechanical operations: welding, assembly/disassembly, machining.
  8. Register all activities in SAP and report to the maintenance lead.

Profile Required

  • Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Electricity, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
  • 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, and pneumatics.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and automation systems.
  • Proficient in reading technical documentation and electrical diagrams.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with industrial robotics.
  • Familiarity with EPLAN for electrical diagram design.
