Job Overview :

• Requires an EU or UK passport or the right to work in Ireland

This full-time role offers a great opportunity for qualified Electricians to advance their careers in a safety-focused and trusted industry. You’ll be responsible for installing and commissioning fire alarm systems and emergency lighting, while working closely with clients, engineers, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and commission fire alarm and emergency lighting systems in accordance with Irish regulations and industry standards.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and identify faults, repairs, and upgrade needs based on the condition of systems.
• Provide professional on-site customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and service calls.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve complex operational challenges.
• Complete and submit detailed reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
• Install various types of cable containment systems including steel conduit and trunking.
• Maintain professional appearance through proper use of uniform, vehicle, and paperwork.
• Communicate customer feedback and service improvement suggestions to management.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification (National Craft Certificate or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ practical experience as an Electrician, ideally within fire alarm / emergency lighting systems.
• Valid Safe Pass certification (mandatory for working on Irish construction sites).
• Knowledge of relevant Irish standards (e.g. IS 3218 and IS 3217).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High level of professionalism and personal initiative.
