The Product Development Center (PDC) in Móstoles leads the development of the SMP low-rise system and its main components. We support manufacturing centers across Europe and Africa, primarily focusing on Móstoles, aiming to deliver highly competitive products.
Position: Electrical Project Manager
The new Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the cluster project portfolio. This involves close collaboration with the Cluster Lead to ensure that all projects and their deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and scope requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirement definition efforts globally, supporting R&D teams during product development.
- Lead feature development coordination, responsible for functional specifications, partner coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure quality in requirement definitions to prevent downstream issues during verification and validation.
- Drive improvements in requirement quality using standard work, design guidelines, templates, and processes.
- Establish and maintain high-quality test case requirements derived from detailed design specifications.
- Coordinate creation of functional, non-functional, and interface test requirements across clusters and teams.
- Maintain clear communication with global stakeholders.
- Develop, encourage, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Translate code-related features into detailed design requirements aligned with notified bodies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with test case requirements generation and traceability tools.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (R4J, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Experience with model-based documentation (e.g., UML diagrams).
- At least two years of experience with embedded products in complex systems, preferably in code-driven industries.
- Strong stakeholder persuasion and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel internationally; open-minded and flexible.
- Technical understanding of software-controlled electro-mechanical systems.
