Team : Ingeniería y Construcción – O&M

Location : Madrid, España

Experience Level : At least 5 years in the electric or industrial generation sector, including experience with substations and high-voltage networks.

The Team

Repsol Low-Carbon Generation (Renewables) aims to decarbonize our product portfolio and strengthen our position as a multi-energy provider nationally and internationally, as part of the Strategic Plan 2024-2027.

Your Role

Manage the electrical maintenance of Repsol's assets.

Main Tasks

• Design technical specifications for procurement based on asset needs.
• Develop and manage maintenance plans for electrical infrastructure (HV and LV).
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance shutdowns.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures aligned with asset strategies.
• Propose and execute investment analyses and improvements.
• Supervise on-site activities during scheduled shutdowns, repairs, or installations.
• Manage spare parts inventory for assets under your scope.
• Handle procurement, storage, inventory control, and logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Participate in commissioning, startup, and transfer of facilities from construction to operation phases.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years experience in electrical or industrial generation, including substations and HV networks.

Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical / Industrial.

Autonomous, proactive, leadership skills, good communication, analytical skills.

English proficiency at C1 level or above.

Experience with plant design calculations, substation electromecanic calculations, and electrical line design.

Available for occasional travel.
