This position involves adjusting technical models and supporting both internal teams and clients in achieving seamless grid integration. Ideal candidates will have a Master's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and good programming skills, particularly in Python.

Your Tasks

• Site-specific adjustment of the Nordex simulation models using several software platforms such as PSS/E, PSCAD, DIgSILENT, ANATEM, …
• Internal quality checks on the simulation models of the WT and PPC.
• Support the sales department during contractual discussions.
• Support NX’s clients and their consultants during the connection studies for grid integration.
  
  

Your Profile

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similar.
• Experience with simulation software (PSS/E, PSCAD, DIgSILENT, ANATEM, …).
• Experience defining test cases and ideally test-driven development.
• Programming experience in Python or similar, supporting test analysis and automation.
• You have a self-responsible, structured, customer- and solution-oriented working mindset.
• Intercultural understanding, and you thrive on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographies.
• Good communication skills.
• You are proactive, assertive and a team player.
• English B2 or higher. German/Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience: +3 years of experience,
