Senior Electrical Engineer – Lead Complex Industrial Projects

What You'll Do :

  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • Conduct advanced studies including protection coordination, short-circuit analysis, and power quality assessments.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical documentation such as single-line diagrams and electrical calculations.
  • Evaluate and select electrical equipment, liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout all project phases : design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into projects.
  • Engage directly with clients, addressing technical queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate on international projects, enhancing your global engineering perspective.

What We're Looking For :

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 6-10 years of experience in industrial, steel, or mining plant projects, including FEL-1, FEL-2, FEED, EPCM, and Detailed Engineering formats.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems design and advanced software tools such as ETAP and DigSilent PowerFactory.
  • In-depth knowledge of power quality analysis and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) studies.
  • Experience in conducting short-circuit studies, protection coordination, and load flow calculations.
  • Familiarity with international standards like IEC, IEEE, and NEMA.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
