We are currently seeking a technical leader to manage the electronic components of hybrid vehicles, ensuring excellence in quality, costs, and deadlines. This role involves developing, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers, the algorithms that manage, control, and supervise the battery (BMS). Additionally, the candidate will ensure the technical consistency and validation of the BMS components, overseeing their design alongside design and management teams, as well as with suppliers and other experts in simulation, safety, and batteries.

What You Will Do

  1. Plan and manage key activities, ensuring project deadlines are met.
  2. Establish and maintain the electrical and electronic Requirements File, and oversee suppliers in all development phases.
  3. Define and follow validation plans to test product functionalities, managing component obsolescence.
  4. Supervise the industrialization of components, ensuring plant responsiveness during the industrialization phase.
  5. Propose process and work standard improvements, conduct research and technological development activities, and ensure effective communication on project progress.
  6. Report on project progress, ensure reporting to relevant leaders, archive work in a structured manner, propose process improvements, and apply HORSE standards.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Experience of at least 5 years.
  2. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace engineering, or similar fields.
  3. Master's or Ph.D. in related technologies (electronics, automation, batteries, etc.) is preferred.
  4. Knowledge in developing or designing electronic parts, managing, and validating them.
  5. Experience with electric energy storage systems/batteries in products or processes, including system control, tuning, and specifications. Understanding and designing algorithms (optional: coding).
  6. Languages: English is mandatory. Spanish, French, Chinese, German, or Romanian are a plus.
  7. Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving, information management, and cross-functional teamwork.

What We Offer

  1. A supportive and collaborative work environment.
  2. Opportunities to work on real projects and make a tangible impact.
  3. Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
  4. A chance to develop a diverse skill set in communication.
  5. Benefits: Competitive salary with fixed and variable component, life insurance and pension plan.

We believe that diversity drives innovation, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
