Are you ready to lead independent engineering projects?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Designer to design cutting-edge photovoltaic systems, manage external design suppliers and provide support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of engineering projects from start to finish.
2. Develop and configure PV power plant designs.
3. Create technical and drawing documentation, including line diagrams and one-pole schemes.
4. Effectively manage external design suppliers and coordinate with internal partners.
5. Provide support to colleagues during the construction phase.
6. Ensure accurate reporting and proper document filing.
7. Execute additional tasks as instructed by manager.

Our Requirements:

1. Proven ability to lead engineering projects – experience with PV power projects is a plus.
2. Demonstrated skills in completing detailed documentation, showcasing your experience in electro documentation creation & knowledge of design documentation norms.
3. Experience with AutoCAD.
4. Competence in managing and controlling individual engineering suppliers, along with effective communication of tasks.
5. Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
6. Pro-active approach; self-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
7. Experience in a multicultural environment (20 nationalities in our HQ in Prague) in a sector of renewable energy – perspective, meaningful, and growing industry.
