Sécheron is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to translate client specs into robust rail electrical solutions. You’ll design wiring and functional diagrams for electrical cabinets and DC traction substations, using CAD tools and applying automation and logic knowledge.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide technical support to project managers, participating in technical discussions and ensuring safe, reliable traction systems.

Formación

• Experience translating client specs into electrical designs.
• Knowledge of automation and functional logic required.
• Proficiency in electrical distribution and protection systems.
• Experience producing electrical diagrams of systems.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Study client specifications and prepare functional and detailed diagrams.
• Prepare functional logic diagrams.
• Design and draw wiring diagrams for electrical cabinets.
• Design and draw wiring diagrams for DC traction substations.
• Provide technical support to the project manager.
• Participate in technical discussions on projects.

As Electrical Design Engineer, you will translate client specs into robust electrical solutions for control and power systems in railway environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design wiring and functional diagrams for electrical cabinets and DC traction substations, providing technical support to project managers. This role combines CAD-driven design with automation and logic knowledge to deliver reliable rail equipment. You will contribute to challenging projects that shape safe, efficient traction systems and renewable energy applications, within a team that values initiative and growth.
