Hamilton Barnes is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager in Badajoz to lead the delivery of HV/MV power infrastructure for large-scale data center deployments in Spain. You will coordinate EPC contractors, utilities, engineering teams and suppliers to energise GPU clusters and data center schemes.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project delivery within power infrastructure, strong grid experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Degree holders in Electrical/Industrial/Energy engineering or related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience with HV/MV networks, protection, control systems and substations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of power infrastructure for large-scale data center projects.
• Manage grid connection works, substations, transformers, switchgear and IT energisation.
• Develop delivery strategies covering scope, procurement, contracting, sequencing, energisation and milestones.
