International Engineering Consultancy in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design and delivery of data centre projects across Spain and Europe. The role emphasizes technical leadership from concept through commissioning and requires strong client-facing capabilities.

You will oversee design across MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, transformers, switchgear, lighting, earthing and critical power.

Formación

Strong background in electrical building services / MEP engineering.
Experience in engineering consultancy environments preferred.
Ability to lead design and delivery from concept to commissioning.

Responsabilidades

Lead the electrical design and technical delivery of major data centre projects.
Develop resilient electrical infrastructure for mission‑critical environments.
Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, structural and architectural disciplines.
Review calculations, specifications, drawings and technical documentation.
Work directly with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
Manage project deliverables, programmes and technical quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers within the team.
Support growth of the consultancy’s data centre capability in Spain and Europe.
