We are seeking a highly skilled Network Development Specialist to define and execute our distribution channel strategy.

About the Role :

This is a critical position that will play a key role in building the go-to-market foundation of our brand. As a Network Development Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting local partners, designing our Point of Sale footprint and format, and establishing commercial policies.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director within a flat organization and will lead the development and execution of our market entry and distribution strategy.

  • Recruit and onboard local distribution partners across key cities and regions
  • Define commercial policies, partner models, and contractual base to support the partnerships
  • Design and support the implementation of physical Points of Sale in collaboration with brand and product teams
  • Lead the necessary activities to promote the commercial excellence of our partners to ensure the best customer satisfaction

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 3+ years experience in distribution, retail, or commercial network development
  • Proven ability to launch in new markets and work with local partners
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
