Your responsibilities and impact working as an Electric Car Customer Service Advisor will be:

  1. Supporting customers with inquiries related to electric cars
  2. Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts
  3. Ensuring high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships
  4. Troubleshooting issues the consumers might face
