Berner Montaje y Fijación S.L. is seeking a proactive Key Account Sales Rep in Spain (Andalucía) to drive regional KA acquisition, manage large customers, and close deals across channels.

You will promote application-based selling and position Berner as a premium advisor to clients. You will coordinate visits, handle objections, and ensure data quality in CRM while tracking KPIs and margins to hit quarterly targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage regional KA acquisition funnel and share of wallet with KA managers for large customers.
• Drive sales and close deals; take actions for all sales-related topics in KAM territory.
• Foster omnichannel sales steering; distribute contacts to alternative channels; focus on high potential customers for visits.
• Prepare, plan and post work of customer visits; promote application-based selling; position Berner as premium brand.
• Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate T&C, actively manage margin.
• Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.).
• Manage and adhere to tour plan/ contact scheme.
• Analyze and drive all sales area KPIs; report to supervisor and aim for targets/budgets.
