The role requires 4+ years in enterprise sales, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Base salary plus commission is offered in a dynamic, growing business environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development focused on enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with León's business landscape is a plus.
