Formación

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Global Travel API Partnership Lead (m / w / d) to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling API-based solutions and a strong understanding of the travel industry.

You will lead the sales efforts for our Global Travel E-API product, a plug-and-play travel technology solution that allows BizAway’s partners to integrate travel booking functionalities directly into their platforms.

BizAway’s unified API provides access to an extensive inventory that includes hotels, air, train, and car rentals, thereby allowing companies to efficiently monetize their traffic and user base.

You will be working closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to drive revenue growth and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders who desire to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

  1. Develop and execute a sales plan to target and acquire clients for Global Travel E-API products.
  2. Lead the sales efforts for our Global Travel E-API solutions, targeting B2B clients.
  3. Present and demonstrate our Global Travel E-API solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and business challenges.
  4. Identify new leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage key accounts.
  5. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth contract negotiations.
  6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive product awareness and meet sales targets.
  7. Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts for Quarterly and Annual OKRs, providing regular updates to leadership.
  8. Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  9. Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
  10. Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events.
  11. Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.

Your basic qualifications :

  1. 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in API sales or SaaS-based solutions, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
  3. Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
  4. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting / exceeding targets.
  5. Ability to translate technical product offerings into clear business value for customers.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple sales cycles and complex deals.
  8. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  9. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  10. No excuses attitude : You know that your success depends on you and no one else.

  12. Proactivity : You actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.

We are also interested in :

  1. Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups.
  2. Understanding of the travel booking process, integrations, and the technology landscape (e.g., GDS, APIs, and other travel software).
  3. Knowledge of the latest trends in B2B API integrations and how they relate to travel technology.
