Position Overview

As Consultant, you will contribute to the development of the projects. Some of the key aspects of this position are the following:

1. A Consultant works under the leadership of a senior professional.
2. As a Consultant, you are jointly responsible for the projects’ success.

You are responsible for:

1. Preparing reports and presentations based on desk research, working sessions with the customer, as well as interviews with personnel and/or market players.
2. Presenting the findings to the team and customers.
3. Coordinating the project with the operations manager.
4. Making key contributions and assuming direct responsibility over processes (end-to-end).
5. Ownership of significant project areas.

Background: Preferably in (applied) economics or business (additional Master is a plus).

Proven experience in consulting and problem-solving.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Combination of logical and analytical reasoning power, resulting in powerful synthesis and conclusion.

Customer and quality-oriented attitude.

Flexible team player, ambitious, responsible, good balance between perfection and results.

ESSENTIAL: Good communication skills in English and Spanish (native or professional level, orally as well as in writing).
