Alstom in Pinto, Madrid, is seeking an EHS Technician to help create safer and more sustainable workplaces across Maintenance Services projects. This role supports the Site EHS Manager and promotes a strong safety culture where it matters most.

You will carry out EHS risk assessments, define preventive actions, prepare and maintain emergency plans, and coordinate health and safety activities with contractors and operations.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Health & Safety qualification recognised by Spanish authorities (University Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention)
• Up to 5 years of professional experience in EHS
• Strong knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards; ISO 50001 and Internal Auditor certification are a plus
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments; railway sector experience valued
• Native Spanish and intermediate to advanced English level

Responsabilidades

• Support the Site EHS Manager in all Environment, Health & Safety topics
• Perform EHS risk assessments and define preventive actions to control risks across assigned projects and depots
• Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans and response procedures
• Coordinate EHS activities with contractors and operational stakeholders where interfaces are involved
• Develop, deploy and maintain local EHS procedures, tools and management systems aligned with Alstom and international standards
• Ensure compliance with EHS plans, legal requirements and work instructions
• Deliver EHS training, awareness initiatives and site visits to promote a strong safety culture
• Maintain EHS documentation, records and legal compliance checks
