Job summary

PRL is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor to coordinate and enforce the site's EHS program in Vigo, ensuring a safe, compliant workplace. You will partner with staff and leadership to promote safety culture and drive improvements.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections and risk assessments, delivering training, leading incident investigations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the site EHS program to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses across facilities and operations.
• Deliver EHS training programs, including new‑hire safety orientation and ongoing site training.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning in partnership with management.
• Identify safety improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives and safety committees.
