Eaton is seeking a Project EHS Specialist to drive and support Environmental, Health and Safety activities across the MED Cluster, based in Zaragoza. The role ensures EHS compliance and supports deployment of policies and programs at project and country levels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in EHS program management, Spanish health and safety education, and strong project management skills. Fluent Spanish and advanced English are required, Italian a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in EHS program management within industrial or service project environments
• Health and Safety professional education in Spain (Máster Universitario en Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales)
• Advantage: Master/ Engineering degree in relevant related subject
• Advantage: Project management certificate/ course

Responsabilidades

• Promote Life Saving Rules, Zero Incident culture, and Ethics policy across all activities
• Ensure full compliance with EHS legal requirements, customer standards, and MESH guidelines
• Act as the main EHS interface with customers, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Support deployment of corporate MESH programs across projects and local operations
• Manage contractor EHS compliance, including ISN platform oversight, onboarding, and training delivery
• Lead EHS incident reporting, escalation, and root cause investigations with corrective/preventive actions
• Conduct regular site audits and field EHS inspections to ensure safe operations
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners to promote a safety-first culture
