Siemens Energy in Spain is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to implement and manage environmental, health, and safety policies and strategies across our operations. You will lead continuous improvement of the EHS program and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding stakeholders in the development of training and risk controls.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Significant experience in EHS roles within industrial, manufacturing, or technical services.
• Proven leadership with responsibility for direct reports and program strategy.
• Strong knowledge of EHS management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and incident investigation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills; experience writing reports and conducting safety trainings.

How You’ll Make An Impact

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related technical field.
• You have extensive professional experience (typically 8+ years) in an EHS function within an industrial, manufacturing, or technical service environment.
• You possess proven leadership experience (typically 3+ years), with responsibility for direct reports and program strategy.
• You demonstrate strong skills in EHS management, regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and incident investigation.
• You have excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills, along with the ability to write detailed reports and conduct safety training.
