Candidates should hold a degree in Chemistry or Engineering, have HSE qualifications, and a minimum of two years' experience in industrial settings.

Formación

• At least two years experience in similar positions in industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• English speaking, high level of teamwork, organization and communication skills.

Hexcel is seeking an HSE Engineer for our Parla location (Spain).

The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations :

• Waste management. Documentation control and contact with logistics and the external company in waste management.
• Support HSE in ISO 14001 audits and internal audits.
• Deliver different HSE regular training : onboarding, emergency, LOTO, and confined spaces.
• Main contact with Production and Maintenance to coordinate different mandatory external trainings : forklifts, ATEX, platforms, hoists….
• Support HSE in NM reporting and solutions, Safety committee meetings, in standards implementation, and corporate internal audits.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Chemistry or Engineering and Official Qualification in HSE and experience as trainer in HSE matters.
• Good knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.…
• At least two years experience in similar positions in industrial environments.
• English speaking, high level of teamwork / organization and communication skills.
• Advanced level in data softwares and concern for continuous process improvement.
