Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) is seeking an EHS Digital Specialist to drive digitalization of EHS processes and systems. You will lead dashboards, data governance, and AI-enabled improvements in safety and compliance across the EHS landscape.

The role collaborates with IT, operations, HR and vendors to deploy tools, manage data analytics, and promote a digital-first culture across the EHS population. Fluent English required.

Job Description:An opportunity for an EHS Digital Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space , Getafe (Madrid).The selected candidate will join the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Team to drive the digitalization, innovation, and continuous improvement of our EHS processes and systems. The department is dedicated to promoting a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace through cutting-edge technology. The team is multidisciplinary and works in close collaboration with IT, operations, and external vendors to lead digital transformation initiatives, including data governance and AI integration.RESPONSIBILITIESThe main tasks of the jobholder will be:Manage and evolve EHS dashboards and KPI data , ensuring accurate deployment, data integrity, and robust governance policies across systems.Identify, evaluate, and implement digital solutions and technology roadmaps to enhance overall EHS performance, compliance, and process efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Operations, Maintenance, and external vendors) to design, deploy, and integrate EHS software tools and reporting platforms.Lead change management initiatives to drive a digital-first mindset across the EHS population and foster the adoption of new tools.Extend the deployment of AI features and monitor emerging digital trends to continuously modernize EHS systems.Support data analytics and system integration , aligning EHS digital projects with corporate IT architecture and business objectives.SKILLSIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
