The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, object-oriented programming, and a passion for enhancing user experiences.

ABOUT THE SALESFORCE ENGINEER ROLE AND OUR TEAM :

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. The candidate must use interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners within the organization. A solid understanding of best practices for the software development lifecycle is essential, especially in a highly dynamic environment. The right candidate is smart, detail-oriented, productive, and effective both as an individual contributor and as a team member.

As part of a high-performing team tackling significant challenges daily, you will be engaged in solving core issues impacting our end users and driving company revenue. This involves collaborating across various groups within the company, innovating, and delivering impactful products. You will work with senior team members to develop solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM systems.
  2. Configure and create new custom objects and processes.
  3. Develop triggers and flows.
  4. Create Visualforce pages and develop APEX code.
  5. Implement and maintain SOA services.
  6. Maintain our distributed and diverse environment.
  7. Write code focused on performance, memory efficiency, scalability, readability, maintainability, and security.
  8. Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and Business Systems Analysts to deliver quality products.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

  • At least 2 years of professional development experience in Salesforce.
  • Over 1 year of experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience developing RESTful services is a bonus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Force.com development, including APEX, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, and Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Voice, Docusign, Netsuite, Pardot, RingLead, or Copado (SF DevOps) is a plus.
  • A pragmatic programmer who takes pride in enhancing user experience.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), agile principles, and tools like JIRA is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
