Join the Truck Assistance International - Customer Service team at AXA Partners – Barcelona

Do you speak French, Italian, German, as well as Spanish and English?

We are looking for agents to join the Truck Assistance International (TAI) team!

Opportunity to work in a multinational company

Dynamic and international work environment

Teamwork and continuous learning

Responsibilities include :

  • Understanding insurance policies and applying the appropriate conditions.
  • Advising and guiding clients towards solutions.
  • Coordinating assistance steps : answering calls / emails, registering cases, documenting actions, organizing assistance, and closing files.
  • Providing quick, tailored customer service based on coverage.
  • Assigning professionals for vehicle and occupant transfers.
  • Managing administrative tasks : sending faxes / emails, using templates for rentals, hotels, cabs, reservations.
  • Working in a team, following procedures, and participating in meetings.
  • Handling invoices and claims.

Conditions :

  • Contract : Temporary
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday (shift details in recruitment)
  • Start Date : May 19th

Your Profile :

You Are Perfect for This Role If You Have :

  • High proficiency in written and spoken French, Italian, German, or English, combined with Spanish.
  • Customer orientation, teamwork, interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet) and strong typing

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree / FPII
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
