The successful candidate will work fully remotely.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Assist senior resource managers with daily ad hoc duties.
  • Prepare business contracts and administer change of status processes (purchase orders, service work, various contracts, etc.).
  • Update and maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
  • Provide exceptional onboarding and offboarding experiences, along with long-term adherence support.
  • Communicate with clients regarding workforce administration and record change management.
  • Perform data entry and record management, providing daily administrative support.
  • Assist in the preparation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of workforce metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in resource management, vendor management, procurement, supply chain, or administration.
  • Experience in a corporate or multicultural environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, purchase orders, service work, and general business administration.
  • Proficiency in IT and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, be goal-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and react constructively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Candidates must provide a criminal record extract dated within the last three months.
