As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of BDRs responsible for generating a high-quality pipeline that aligns with the company's mission as an Employer of Record (EoR) SaaS provider. In addition to leading the team, you will engage in daily calling and prospecting activities to drive results. Your role will focus on optimising outbound strategies, ensuring effective prospect engagement, and generating qualified leads that contribute to measurable sales growth.

What you’ll do…
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives. Ensure targets for pipeline creation are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure high-quality lead handovers and alignment on qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to optimize use of tools (e.g., HubSpot, Cognism, ChatGPT).
- Provide strategic insights on sales targets, market trends, and outreach success to sales and marketing teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on BDR performance metrics such as call volumes, outreach, qualified opportunities, and pipeline growth. Use data to inform strategies.
- Analyse and optimise outbound sequences, messaging, and target account strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Participate in daily outbound activities, including prospecting calls and email outreach.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions on outbound sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Implement and refine outbound outreach processes, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in sequences and CRM practices.
- Collaborate with Sales Campaign Managers on data mining, lead enrichment, and list-building efforts.
- Coordinate with sales operations and marketing for seamless campaign execution and target segmentation.
What we’re looking for…
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a proactive prospecting approach.
