Our client is a leading medical technology organisation, with over 10,000 employees globally. They are looking for a Global HR Business Partner with 5+ years of experience, ideally with exposure to APAC, to be based in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

  • Strategic HR Partner : Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving business performance through people strategies.
  • Business & People Alignment : Understand and translate business needs into HR solutions, ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management.
  • HR Processes & Implementation : Lead and improve global HR processes, including budgeting, rewards, engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Change & Transformation Leadership : Drive cultural transformation, foster employee engagement, and support a high-performing workforce.
  • Global & Matrix Collaboration : Work across global, regional, and local HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • HR Digitalization & Self-Service : Implement and enhance digital HR tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement : Champion a positive employee journey across key moments that matter.
  • International HR Expertise : Bring knowledge of international labor laws, diverse cultures, and works council collaboration.
  • HR Transformation Experience : Proven track record in leading HR transformations in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership & Talent Development : Strong experience in coaching, leadership development, and succession planning to build talent pipelines.
