Formación

  • Más de 4 años de experiencia en ventas y desarrollo de negocio.

WHO WE ARE

NICE TECH is a food technology company with a patented and 100% physical process (without preservatives or additives) that allows food to be frozen while preserving its properties once defrosted, just like fresh products. Join our international team of 55 people. We have offices in Andorra and Sant Feliu de Llobregat, and operate 3 production plants in the Philippines, Morocco, and Almería.

Our products: frozen ready-to-eat fruits and vegetables (we have also developed the technology for meat and fish).

Our markets: 100% dedicated to export (presence in Asia, Middle East, Europe and Canada).

THE CHALLENGE

We are expanding our sales team and looking for an AREA MANAGER whose mission will be to open and develop the assigned market (international) in order to achieve targets.

  • Expand the client portfolio and carry out activities to attract potential clients.
  • Own the relationship with your clients through their life cycle, providing them with personalized support according to goals and planning. You will be their point of contact.
  • Determine the necessary supports to implement the commercial function with each client (supports, events...)
  • Detect new business opportunities and analyze their potential.
  • Track and report sales.
  • Coordinate the product launching project with the client, involving other departments.

Work Conditions:

  • Flexible office hours (Monday to Friday, with start times between 08:00 and 09:00. Monday to Thursday, end times range from 17:00 to 18:30, and on Fridays, between 14:00 and 15:00).
  • Intensive schedule in July and August.
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in the office; 2 days working from home.
  • We have offices in Sant Feliu de Llobregat and in Andorra; hiring can take place in either location.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • More than 4 years of experience performing similar tasks.
  • Previous experience in the food sector is mandatory. Experience with frozen products, international markets (APAC, US, CA...), and preferably in key account management and B2B within the food industry is highly valued.
  • High level of English.
