Our ideal candidate:

1. Pursuing or having completed a University Degree / Postgraduate Degree. Related careers score double!
2. Initial experience in search and selection of executive professionals at international scale, in retail or tourism & leisure sectors would be a plus.
3. Languages: English & Spanish fluent/bilingual. A third language would be highly appreciated.
4. A dynamic personality, passion for the world, affinity with technology and a strong desire to be on the cutting edge of the recruitment world.
5. Eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Possibility of signing an internship agreement with a business school/university.
