What You'll Do

1. Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code

Leadership & Engagement Support

1. Support the manager in creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
2. Support the team using service metrics to deliver sales and profit results in the absence of managers
3. Assist the manager in developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture

Operations

1. Use Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and build the customer database
2. Participate in store merchandising activities aligned with Ralph Lauren standards and creative directives
3. Maintain operational and merchandising store standards

Max and Min based on experience, skills, and knowledge
