Arctech Solar , a global leader in solar tracking systems, fixed-tilt structures, and BIPV solutions, is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to support the execution of solar tracker projects across the European market. With our cutting-edge Golden Tracker technology at the forefront of renewable energy innovation, we are looking for a field-based professional who will ensure project success through excellent on-site coordination, quality control, and technical leadership.

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of solar tracker installations—from commissioning and troubleshooting to quality assurance and project reporting—ensuring timely delivery and compliance with the highest technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with internal project teams, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Supervise project schedules, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
  • Implement and uphold strict quality assurance and control protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues proactively.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to the installation team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation : progress reports, checklists, training certifications, and issue logs.
  • Prepare clear, structured project reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in solar tracker installation, or 6+ years in the photovoltaic sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical / civil works for solar tracker systems, especially driving systems and alignment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work independently as a field-based contractor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; intermediate English proficiency preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for learning and contributing to the growth of the renewable energy industry.
