Who You’ll Work With

Arista is a fast-growing technology company that continues to ignite new innovations in the software-driven cloud networking space. Our HR department shares this innovative spirit. This role provides sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services across more than 27 countries. This position is remote.

What You’ll Do

  1. Onboarding Assistance :
  2. Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration.
  3. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation.
  4. Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
  5. HR Operations & Administration :
  6. Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks.
  7. Support HR team in benefits enrollment, opt-out processes, and census data management.
  8. Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.
  9. Collaborate on various projects within the Human Resources department, both locally and internationally.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Students nearing completion of their degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness.
  • Attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Interest in learning and developing HR processes and initiatives.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Willingness to learn, innovate, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactivity.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship contract.
