The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Education Manager (m/f/d) to lead the commercialization and strategic positioning of our educational offerings. This role requires a visionary business leader with a deep passion for education, capable of designing, positioning, and scaling impactful learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of industries and professionals across Europe.

What You’ll Do
  1. Drive Commercialization: Lead efforts to market, price, and sell educational programs, ensuring their value resonates with industry stakeholders and learners.
  2. Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute innovative strategies to position our programs as essential solutions for workforce development in the raw materials and metals sectors.
  3. Build Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with governments, industry leaders, and academia to align educational programs with market and workforce needs.
  4. Innovate & Scale: Design scalable, financially sustainable education models that address upskilling and reskilling challenges across Europe.
  5. Impact-Driven Leadership: Work closely with the Education Director and team to ensure programs are high-quality and aligned with EIT RawMaterials’ mission of driving Europe’s green transition.

  • A business-savvy education expert with a proven track record of delivering impactful programs aligned with industry demands.
  • A strategic thinker who turns challenges into opportunities, creating solutions with measurable impact.
  • Experience in environments that value Learning & Development, demonstrating the ability to drive change and impact.
  • A hands-on leader capable of building, branding, and positioning education programs effectively.
  • Expertise in marketing, sales, and commercialization of educational offerings, with a focus on scaling reach and impact.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
