What will be your mission?

You will manage and improve digital communications for all employees, liaise with public administrations ensuring compliance, and design and implement digital tools to enhance efficiency, representing SEAT before official bodies.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing digital communications with agencies (SEPE, TGSS, INSS, SOC, MUTUA, etc.)
• Designing digital tools (RPA, Power Automate) to digitize Social Security team processes
• Coordinating data transmissions via online systems (Contrat@, Siltr@, RED, Delt@)
• Developing proper communication with authorities on labor matters
• Maintaining relationships with administrative entities regarding affiliation, hiring, certifications, communications, and bonuses for all SEAT Group companies
• Project coordination and management skills
• Teamwork and effective relationship management with administrative bodies
