We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Director with our CHVAC Segment supporting the South Europe (Portugal, Italy, and Spain) region.
In this position, you'll direct the finance function for all our CHVAC (Commercial HVAC solutions as well as Service unit) and support the CHVAC Headquarters in the South Europe countries.
You'll provide financial partnership with business unit leadership to achieve annual financial performance targets, ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies/procedures, and lead the development of accurate and timely forecasts and annual plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of accounting and finance professionals supporting a multi-entity $300M CHVAC portfolio of businesses.
This is a critical leadership role within the fast-paced and growing HVAC segment. It requires a self-directed leader capable of achieving and exceeding financial performance, driving business growth, and ensuring financial controls and compliance.
