MAGNESITAS NAVARRAS is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage machinery construction and assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with experience in project coordination and a strong command of English. This role requires effective task prioritization and the ability to manage resources efficiently, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.

Descripción del empleo

We are MAGNESITAS NAVARRAS, we're part of Roullier Group, and we are dedicated to the extraction and transformation of magnesite for its commercialization in the iron and steel industry, agri-food industry and products applied to the environment.

We need to reinforce our SAT team, so we are looking for the ideal candidate, who will be responsible for managing the project, scheduling and supervisory efforts for the construction and assembly of machinery at the customer.

To be successful, this candidate must be comfortable taking on many tasks requiring various skills, and appropriately prioritizing the completion of those tasks.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall project from the initiation of customer requirements through to commissioning and maintenance support.
• Ensure that the project plan is progressing to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for coordinating all resources for the implementation and commissioning of the machinery at the customer.
• Management of machine materials and spare parts, sourcing and selecting the best supplier.
• Responsible for the documentation of the projects, in order to leave traceability of the project.
• Ensuring the quality of the new machinery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Vocational training II in mechanical, electrical or similar fields.
• Advanced level English-C1.

Requirements :

• 1 - 3 years experience as project coordinator, project engineer or SAT technician.
• Experience in design, mechanical and / or electrical.
• Programming knowledge or experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with best practices and performance standards.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
