Job Opportunity : SAP Senior Master Data & Migration Manager – Barcelona (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced SAP professional ready to take the lead in a global S / 4 HANA transformation? Our client – a long-standing, internationally renowned Life Sciences company headquartered in Germany – is seeking a SAP Senior Master Data & Migration Manager to join their growing team in Barcelona.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a hybrid setup (1–2 days on-site per week).

You will play a pivotal role in a large-scale S / 4 HANA migration project, driving SAP master data migration across key modules. Responsibilities include :

• Leading migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit and Workbench
• Collaborating with global teams to ensure clean, accurate data migration
• Managing stakeholders and reporting on project milestones

Minimum requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP Master Data
• Solid knowledge of key SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD
• Hands-on experience with S / 4 HANA migrations, ideally multiple projects
• Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations or data migration
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
