Baldan Group, a leader in the beauty industry for over 40 years, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Spain. Operating in over 20 countries, we specialize in advanced medical beauty technologies and skincare solutions. Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive brand development by promoting and selling Baldangroup’s aesthetic products and technologies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company’s footprint.
  • Monitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is desirable, particularly in selling aesthetic products or devices. Having an existing network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken; good level of English proficiencyis desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Spain.
  • Interest in and suitability for remote work.

What We Offer :

We offer a flexible and rewarding compensation structure tailored to your career goals.

Freelance Opportunities : Earn a 20% commission on sales, with fuel and gas expense coverage.

  • Option 1 : €35,000 annual base salary + expenses, with 7% commission paid monthly.
  • Option 2 : €56,000 annual base salary + expenses, with 2% commission paid monthly and an additional 2% bonus if the annual target of €500,000 (12 machines sold) is achieved.
