About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee development projects, working closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO. The role requires a strong understanding of Node.js, experience with peer-to-peer systems, and successful product launches.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and plan daily development activities.
2. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Manage the entire software development lifecycle.
4. Resolve technical issues and guide the team.
5. Ensure projects are delivered on time.
6. Improve processes and practices.
7. Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing multiple projects.
• 2+ years in software development, especially Node.js.
• Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems.
• Experience with Python, C++, Rust is a plus.
• Proven success in launching products.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with modern development practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
