Job Description

In this hypergrowth adventure, we are looking for an Engineering Manager.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Recruiting, training, managing, and evaluating developers on your team.
• Encouraging continuous professional development for team members.
• Creating a positive and motivating work environment.
• Planning and overseeing technical projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
• Tracking and communicating project progress.
• Providing technical expertise to solve complex problems.
• Implementing best practices in software development, architecture, and security.
• Encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
• Contributing to the company’s technology strategy.
• Ensuring team goals align with the company’s long-term vision (OKR).
• Analyzing market trends and proposing continuous improvements.
• Working closely with other departments (Marketing, Product, etc.).
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.

Profile required To successfully accomplish these tasks :

• You have 10 or more years of experience, including at least 5 years as an Engineering Manager.
• You are autonomous, proactive, and a source of new ideas.
• You have a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to diverse and complex technological environments.
• You possess strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English.
