A leading company is seeking a Mid-Market Benelux Account Executive to drive sales and support client growth using their software. What will you get to do in this Mid-Market Benelux Account Executive role?

As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use inbound selling strategies to find new business and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You will benefit from inbound leads and partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and develop outreach strategies. You will conduct online demos of the HubSpot software and effectively sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your target clients will mainly be small and mid-sized businesses. This position is based out of your home office, working in an inside sales model, and it is a full closing role.

We are actively hiring for a Senior Level Mid-Market Account Executive; candidates can be office-based, flex, or remote, with location preferences in the Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities of a Mid-Market Benelux Account Executive
  • Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and find the best inbound marketing solutions for their businesses
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategies with new features and products
  • Contribute ideas and skills to shape the future of HubSpot's mission
Role Requirements
  • Candidates must be based in Spain for remote opportunities
  • At least 3 years of closing sales experience
  • Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus
  • Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • A proven track record of high performance (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club)
