Role Overview: Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a track record of leveraging data-driven insights and advisory capabilities to foster growth.

Experience in sales and client management within services industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
  • Building strong relationships with CPG clients to ensure they derive value and insights from our services, and fostering client advocacy.
  • Achieving sales and profit targets for the client portfolio and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Working across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals for services and products.
  • Applying strong business acumen and negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Supporting market leaders in developing and nurturing global client collaborations at the country level.
  • Enhancing the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through presentations, conferences, white papers, and published articles.

Location: Ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). This role is remote (home-based).

Travel may include: client meetings, visits to Toronto Office, conferences, and industry events.
