The role involves teaching theoretical classes in HR, requiring a strong academic background and significant teaching experience. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's and Master's degree in relevant fields, with a PhD as an asset. The position demands excellent English communication skills and a proactive, organized approach to teaching.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.

Les Roches is currently recruiting for our Marbella campus in Spain for an experienced Lecturer in HR (Ref : HR – Human Resources).

Under the supervision of the Academic Director, the successful candidate will teach and deliver academic theoretical classes in the related subject.
