Formación

  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

The successful candidate will provide information and assistance to rental car customers regarding tolls or violations incurred during their rental period. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service, embraces challenges, and maintains a positive, proactive attitude in a team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive support and education on products and services
  • Sharing account information and status updates
  • Resolving product or service-related issues
  • Processing payments
  • Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic approach
  • Using tools and online resources confidently to deliver accurate information across multiple applications
  • Keeping product, process, and technical knowledge up to date
  • Communicating effectively tailored to the audience
  • Documenting customer interactions clearly and concisely

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in an inbound call center in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Windows applications, including Office and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to various personalities
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Reliability and dependability, including adherence to schedules and attendance
  • Flexibility to work any shift between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday, and from 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday
