Academic Degree
Official Master's Degree (or equivalent MECES 3 qualification) in the field of Engineering. (Justification must be provided with the application)
Functions
- Supervised support in Information Technology projects aimed at:
- Designing and developing the systems architecture necessary for the integration, storage, and management of health data.
- Reviewing and coordinating the maintenance of technological environments based on interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and relational and non-relational database technologies.
- Supervised Data Management support including:
- Documenting data governance and management models, considering aspects such as interoperability between clinical information systems and data repositories, both nationally and in connection with European and international data spaces.
- Training and knowledge of interfaces and query services for secure and federated access to health data.
- Supervised support in Cybersecurity and Data Protection, including:
- Performing, supported by the information security office, risk analysis and supporting the implementation of cybersecurity safeguards, including authentication, anonymization, and audits, to ensure data privacy and protection in accordance with GDPR and applicable regulations.
- Supervised support in Secondary Data Use Project Support, including:
- Assisting in the preparation of data environments for pilot research projects.
- Providing technical support to researchers, companies, and other ecosystem actors in data access and exploitation.
- Supervised support in Data Governance and Connecting with Data Ecosystems, including:
- Participating in defining data governance models and documenting best practices for managing federated data spaces.
Experience and Training
- Experience in design, maintenance, and implementation in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
- Training in design, maintenance, and implementation in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
Additional Information
Annual Gross Salary
€29,984.10, subject to statutory updates for 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
Valuation of Merits
- Experience in IT or Cybersecurity design, maintenance, and implementation (max 40 points).
- Training in IT or Cybersecurity (max 10 points).
Selection Process
The process includes:
